Bearing the Vale dos Vinhedos Denomination of Origin seal, it is produced by the traditional method only in exceptional vintage years. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes exclusively from the Miolo family’s vineyards in São Gabriel – Garibaldi, RS in the Vale dos Vinhedos are used in this process.
