TRADITIONAL AND SURPRISING SPARKLING WINES
TRADITIONAL PRODUCTION METHOD
The production process of Miolo Cuvée Tradition follows the French concept of the Traditional Method, in which the sparkling wine is aged on lees for 12 months, aging at Miolo Winery's underground cellars in Vale dos Vinhedos.
MIOLO CUVÉE TRADITION DEMI-SEC
Stored in the underground cellars of Miolo Winery in Vale dos Vinhedos, this sparkling wine is produced with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes using the Traditional Method, in which the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle.

This rosé sparkling wine is surprisingly exciting. Made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, it undergoes a bottle fermentation process that lasts 6 months. Then, it ages in the underground cellars of Miolo Winery in Vale dos Vinhedos.
