Produced with the Charmat method using a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the Campanha Meridional region, this brut sparkling wine preserves all the freshness and finesse expressed by these two varieties.

A limpid, light yellow-colored sparkling wine with greenish nuances, an elegant foam crown and a fine, delicate and constant perlage.
Smell

Delicate aromas of tropical fruits, especially pineapple and melon, with hints of peppermint.
Taste

A highly fresh sparkling wine because of its balanced acidity, with a taste that lingers in the mouth.
Service

Best served at 6 to 8 ºC.

Pairing

Perfect to be served as an aperitif or to make a toast. Mixed-leaf and tomato salads (without vinegar), carpaccio, fish roe, seafood and codfish balls. Its effervescent and acidity goes well with high-fat foods and recipes tending to sweet tastes.
