LOS NEVADOS CABERNET SAUVIGNON

This red wine is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a vineyard at 1,200 meters above sea level in the region of Valle do Uco, Argentina. A complex wine with an intense taste, notes of ripe red fruits, vanilla and roasted coffee, and a lingering aftertaste.

Smell

A very complex aroma of peppers and plums against a marmalade background, accompanied by smells of spices, roasted coffee and vanilla.
Taste

This wine has a good, round initial taste resembling red fruits, potent and sweet tannins, a persistent sensation in the mouth, a good structure and a pleasant finish.
Service

Best served at 16 to 18 ºC.

Roasted lamb loin, top sirloin cap, mushroom risottos, pasta with high-fat sauces or cheese sauces, pasta filled with light cheeses, pasta with fresh tomato sauce and herbs, and classic pizzas.
