Testardi is the Italian term for “stubborn”, which alludes to the firmness and persistence of this grape variety, grown in a harsh environment and used in the production of this incredible wine.

Deep violet.
Smell

Aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberry and black plum, with hints of ginger, nutmeg and smoked nuances.
Taste

A highly structured, medium-bodied wine because of its early integration with wood. Also balanced and unctuous, with a refreshing acidity and a long aftertaste.
Service

Best served at 16 to 18 ºC.

Pairing

A great pair with flank steak, rump skirt, ribeye steak, filet mignon and other grilled red meats seasoned with salt. The typical Brazilian barbecue is a great choice.
