MIOLO CUVÉE TRADITION BRUT ROSÉ

This rosé sparkling wine is surprisingly exciting. Made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, it undergoes a bottle fermentation process that lasts 6 months. Then, it ages in the underground cellars of Miolo Winery in Vale dos Vinhedos.

Limpid, moderate intensity pink, with an elegant foam crown and a fine and constant perlage.
Smell

Elegant aromas of red fruits (strawberry, currant and cherry) with a subtle floral note.
Taste

Light-bodied with a delicate acidity, a creamy texture and a refreshing, long aftertaste.
Service

Best served at 6 to 8 ºC.
