MIOLO CUVÉE TRADITION DEMI-SEC

Stored in the underground cellars of Miolo Winery in Vale dos Vinhedos, this sparkling wine is produced with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes using the Traditional Method, in which the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle.

Limpid, straw in color with greenish nuances, an elegant foam crown and a fine, delicate and constant perlage.
Smell

Delicate aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with emphasis on pineapple, melon, peach and pear.
Taste

A refreshing and lingering sparkling wine with a consistent balance between aroma and taste. A delicate and light wine on the palate because of the balance between acidity and sweetness.

Best served at 6 to 8 ºC.
